Candidates must have specific card issuing or payment card industry experience. Assist in product development initiatives for potential issuers. Manage operational procedures related to issuing business. Provide support for the sales activities of the existing issuing team. Business level English proficiency is required for this role. Duties and Responsibilities Understand and execute strategic plans to achieve mid-term and yearly KPIs. Work closely with the Manager to develop and launch effective campaigns and new products within set timelines. Track and analyze data related to sales activities and prepare all necessary reports and documentation. Develop new initiatives for existing issuers to drive business growth. Assist in the daily administrative tasks of the Issuing Department. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Understanding of relational database design and administration Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure Preferably with background in Credit Card Issuance A minimum of 3-5 years of banking or financial services experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates are required to have Philippine work authorisation.
