Finance Manager Thoth AI Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Manila office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, strong communication skills, and proven management experience. Fluency in English and familiarity with the BPO industry are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee the financial operations of the Manila office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including the end-to-end payroll process. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to optimize efficiency and compliance. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure healthy financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align financial goals with business strategies. Other tasks assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the BPO industry. Strong management and leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading finance teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines. Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
