Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for our client, a reputable company located in Binondo, Manila. The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial activities, ensuring efficient financial planning, forecasting, and compliance with BIR regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and plans to meet the company's financial goals.
  2. Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  3. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including handling BIR Letters of Authority (LOA).
  4. Oversee accounting functions, such as financial statement preparation and account reconciliations.
  5. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and other financial aspects of the business.
  6. Liaise with external auditors and government agencies to ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, maintaining high standards of financial control and reporting.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) .
  3. At least 2 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  5. Familiarity with BIR tax regulations and handling LOA (Letters of Authority).
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
