Role Description The Recruitment Manager for the Philippines market is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that support the company’s expansion in the renewable energy sector. This role oversees end-to-end hiring for all functions — including project development, production, business, finance, legal, HR, and other support teams. The position acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring the company attracts top talent aligned with its vision for sustainable growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement annual recruitment strategies for all business functions in the Philippines. Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design recruitment plans accordingly. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. Build a strong candidate pipeline for both key and recurring positions. Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry. Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and propose process improvements. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and diversity standards. Lead and develop a high-performing local recruitment team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead position. Proven track record in recruiting across multiple functions (technical, business, and corporate). Strong understanding of the Philippines labor market and employment regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize performance. Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino is an advantage. Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
