Join a team where you can make a difference N-able is seeking a GTM Content Developer who creates and maintains content for GTM projects, supporting the GTM Operations & Enablement Team and its associated functions. Your role includes developing email templates, internal documentation, e-learning materials, video content, PowerPoint presentations, and maintaining our Content Management Web Portal to ensure materials are up-to-date. What You'll Do Create visually appealing and creative email templates, internal documentation, e-learning materials, video content, and presentations. Enhance internal content and emails by using insights from previous projects to increase engagement and consumption rates. Maintain and archive internal content and assets via our Content Web Portal, ensuring the most current versions are accessible internally for reference and use. Collaborate and align with enablement specialists, trainers, product management, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective content delivery. Present creative materials and concepts clearly and persuasively to key stakeholders, facilitating understanding, alignment, and buy-in. Assist in building relevant assets to help in executing enablement projects from concept to rollout, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to streamline the creation of enablement assets including e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, and internal documentation. What You'll Bring 3-4 years of professional experience in Digital Content Manager, Brand Manager, Web Designer, or a related field. Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations tailored to enable GTM Teams in effectively selling new solutions or expanding their product portfolio. Proficiency with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or other photo-editing and video-editing software. Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity and creativity in developing training and enablement materials.
