Overview Accountable for project managing transitions / implementations of business activity from CEVA Freight Forwarding Stations in various parts of the globe into the GBS Manila Shared Service Center. As part of the GBS Transition team, contribute to the development & documentation of standardized transition methodologies that enhance the customer experience, optimize organization efficiencies and result in seamless and repeatable transition projects. Qualifications Contribute to the continual evolution of the GBS transition methodology through process and tool development. Lead multicultural and multifunctional project teams in delivering transition projects. Teams will be virtual in nature therefore requiring agile and adaptive project management skills. Ensure compliance with project schedules: Unwavering commitment to Project Governance, Project Reporting and Project Risk Mitigation. Assess and conduct process standardisation and optimisation where feasible as a part of the transition methodology Assist the local organisations in reconfiguring retained activities in an optimal organisational manner Ensure adequate performance metrics are built and aligned to business expectations Partner with GBS Manila Service Delivery in building delivery capability through the project phases of Planning, Go Live, Hypercare, Capability Build, Steady State. Develop and maintain a clear and accurate process map including workflows, organizational charts and FTE sizing templates Provide visual representation or diagrams as needed during and after the workshop. Ensure all documentation from process workshops reflects the agreed-upon process details and structures. Assist and supports regional leader on conversations and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain the flow of discussions. Qualifications Degree level qualifications in Business, Logistics, Engineering or Project Management. At least 5-10 years’ experience in one or both of the following fields: International Logistics, International BPO / Shared Service.
