Your Role: As a Process Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency across our client teams. This is a proactive and high-impact role that requires bringing proven process optimization methodologies into the organization. You Will Collaborate with client teams to understand and document workflows through summary documents, process maps, or schematics. Conduct detailed analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Evaluate internal and external optimization tools and determine whether in-house or third‑party solutions best fit client needs. Liaise with partners and vendors to explore off‑the‑shelf solutions that align with service objectives. Develop and implement optimization strategies using proven methodologies and automation technologies such as RPA or AI. Design workflow diagrams, detailed drawings, and technical specifications for new tools or processes. Lead process optimization initiatives from scoping through execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, and communication. Test and validate new services, tools, and systems to ensure performance aligns with operational requirements. Implement new systems or updates, ensuring efficient deployment and ongoing functionality. Measure and report optimization results to demonstrate efficiency gains and cost savings. Train delivery center teams on new processes and tools to ensure consistent understanding and adoption. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create white papers, case studies, and success stories showcasing process improvements. What You Need: Non‑negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related role within an outsourcing company. Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Solid understanding of outsourcing tools and design methodologies, including AI/ML and automation. Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. Preferred skills/expertise Hands‑on experience with RPA, AI, or other automation technologies. Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with cross‑functional or global teams.
