What you will do Deliver annual business objectives and strategic brand pillars on Communications Maintain the consistency and quality of branding across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the brand’s guidelines and overall identity Develop implementation plans and checklists to monitor all ongoing initiatives accordingly Implement and manage Social Media strategy including content creation and the likes Implement and manage PR (media / KOL) strategy including delivering media/KOL posting plans Implement and manage annual Communications Calendar such as digital advertising and mall marketing Plan and budget for communications programs and initiatives Deliver KPIs and provide reports on each communications initiative Build long-term relationships with all relevant suppliers & vendors Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed People Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Mentor junior team members in execution and relationship management. Manage country marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of all marketing campaigns Gather insights from country marketing teams to tailor campaigns for local markets.
