We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our waste management services. The Sales Manager will lead the efforts in acquiring new clients, managing sales opportunities, and ensuring the successful closure of deals. This role is focused on building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their waste management requirements. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market share in the waste management sector. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and final closure. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and pipeline management to the Head of Business Development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the waste management or environmental services industry. Proven track record in acquiring new clients and successfully closing deals. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and offer effective waste management solutions. Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
