Education: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science of Equivalent Duties & Responsibilities: Data Integration forms part of the Client Services team responsible for implementing solutions to onboard counterparties on a proprietarysoftware, at the same time delivering technicalapplicationsupport to clients globally 24x6. Work withtechnical onboarding of new clients ontotheproprietaryMarginSpheresoftware application. Work closely inimplementation of additional services for existing clients. Configuration ofBusiness Rules Engine (BRE) for ETL. Resolution of escalated support issue. Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered toAcadiaSoftclients. Providetelephone and email-based customer support. About Our Client: Our client is a leader in risk and collateral management services providing trading software to their clients and managing a global production transaction network.The Data Integration teamis primarily responsible forData mappingand theprocess of creating data element mappings betweenthe trading software source data and targetedclientsdistinct data modelsso that they can begin trading with their counterparties. Ideal candidates will need to have a technology background and a strong understanding of programming logic or database schemas althoughprogramming is not required for this role. The team will be staffed globally and will be aligned to specific customers based on customer needs and locations.The team will work closely with customersto ensure full automation across counter parties and asset classes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
