Overview Funding Analyst - Accounting (Open to Fresh Graduates) Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing funds of all LBC Branches nationwide to ensure compliance with documented records and prevent funds misuse. Collaborate with Information and Data Analysts, Area Auditors and/or Corporate Audit Department on discrepancies related to funds, communicate findings to concerned parties, evaluate potential malicious intent, and escalate for further investigation as needed. Ensure LBC Branches comply with SOPs involving handling of People’s Money, including acceptance, delivery and encashment, deposits and withdrawals, management of Revolving Fund, CMS data entry, CPR submission, and funding check encashment; collaborate with Treasury-Funding on related concerns. Collaborate with Money-Compliance on potential Suspicious Transactions and efficiently handle settlement reporting to corporate and/or agent partners, ensuring accurate daily reporting. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent. Open to Fresh Graduates At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
