Collaborate in a culture of transparency, innovation, and excellence. What You’ll Do: Design and implement technical solutions to enhance and support Hometime’s platform. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define specifications, and understand use cases for assigned projects. Lead and manage projects and initiatives with varying timelines and priorities, ensuring successful delivery. Operate effectively with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment, consistently exceeding delivery expectations and service standards. Maintain and improve the platform, ensuring reliability and performance. Conduct peer code reviews and actively contribute to refining and improving development processes. Promote a culture of transparency and collaboration within the development team and across the organization What we're looking for: Over 3 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails. In-depth understanding of Service Objects. Proven expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with remote work or collaborating with distributed teams is advantageous. Extensive experience working with AWS infrastructure Familiarity with developing CRM systems is a plus.
