Learning and Development Trainer l Education Advocate Job Summary: The Building Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role ensures that facilities are running efficiently, safely, and in compliance with building codes and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) , and HVAC systems Monitor and manage building automation systems and energy usage Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes , and internal SOPs Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, and upgrades Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and equipment reports Assist in the installation and relocation of building equipment Respond to emergency situations such as power outages, leaks, or fire alarms Support general facility operations and upkeep of common areas Report building issues or potential hazards to management Qualifications: Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Must be a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with an active PRC license At least 1–3 years of experience in building/facility maintenance (preferably in residential/commercial settings) Knowledge of HVAC systems, generator sets, elevators, fire protection systems, and water pumps Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and building safety standards Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) Willing to assign in Quezon City Interested applicants may send their updated curriculum vitae to Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
