Business Development Officer — Makati, Eastwest Bank

Location: Makati City

Job Description : The Business Development Officer works with the department Head/Team Head in developing product plans and strategies to drive the profitability of Cash Management products and services to achieve overall objectives of the organization. He/She handles initiatives for assigned Cash Management product/s and service/s.

Basic qualifications : College Graduate; At least two (2) years’ experience in the areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably acquired in the banking industry.

Business Development Assistant — Mandaluyong

Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, LICA Land

Job Description : To be assigned in the Business Development department. Will be doing market research and business proposals. Identify opportunities with business-to-business (B2B) clients and convert them into business actions to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in the assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications : Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Financial Management, Mass Communication or related fields. Must have a background and experience in doing researches. Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.

Benefits : On-site parking; Paid training.

Schedule : 8-hour shift. Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.

Job Summary — Medtek Product Lines

Job Summary :

  • Performs all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales and support of all Medtek product lines.
  • Prepares plans and ensures attainment of targets on new products and new customers; supports sales team.
  • Creates product demand through promotional activities and new customers.
  • Prepares and submits reports (daily activity, itinerary, expense, monthly highlights) for assigned territory.
  • Prepares and follows sales call plans in accordance with company standards.
  • Respects the territorial configuration of the sales map; assists in deliveries and ensures collection of sold products.
  • Establishes customer relationships and delivers professional customer service.

Education : Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related courses.

Experience : Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years inSales/Marketing preferred.

Skills : Excellent communication; strong sales and marketing capabilities; driver’s license recommended.

Licensing : Nursing or Medical Technology board passer preferred; with valid driver’s license.

Other : Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas.
