Obtain and win new clients/projects through effective and efficient prospecting. Perform fieldwork based on required prospect clients daily. Set appointments and present company services to prospective clients. Prepare quotations/proposals depending on client requirements. Review and analyze the gross profit of a prospective account. Prepare and review documents such as Contracts of Services, Claims Agreements, Terms, and similar documents. Ensure completion of all required documents for every new client. Conduct regular representation and public relations with clients. Prepare Sales and Marketing Plans for target clients/industries. Prepare and submit on time the following: Weekly Itinerary, Sales Highlights, and Sales Report to management. Prepare the Yearly Sales Budget. Achieve the annual sales target. Monitor and manage any claims arising from the account. Monitor and renew documents such as Contracts of Services, Cost Breakdowns, Equipment & Supplies, and other offers for each account. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities. Must be a four-year graduate of Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or equivalent. At least two (2) years of working experience in Sales is required for this position. Must have a passion for selling; confident and result-oriented. Possesses strong leadership and sales skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Can start immediately once hired. Plus (Not Required) Experience in Janitorial/Housekeeping and Manpower Deployment with market leads is a plus. Background in a Manpower Company (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) is an advantage. Experience in PhilGEPS/government or private bidding is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Goal-oriented, hardworking, and willing to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
