Responsibilities Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests according to process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while delivering customer support. Qualifications High school graduate, no BPO experience required Good customer service skills Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules Can start ASAP Note: The following notes refer to curriculum requirements for applicants.
