Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests according to process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while delivering customer support.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate, no BPO experience required
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
  • Can start ASAP
