Job Description
Project-based. The Finance Specialist plays a key role in overseeing financial processes, reconciliations, and compliance across multiple ventures. The role ensures financial accuracy, supports audits, and helps implement best practices in financial management.

- Utilize accounting tools such as Xero to execute and oversee financial processes across ventures.
- Process and record vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments for multiple ventures.
- Record month-end entries, including expense accounts, depreciation, and accruals across different business units.
- Perform and oversee weekly vendor payment processing and reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts to ensure all payments remain updated across ventures.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing audit checks, balance sheets, and financial statements.
- Process bi-monthly and monthly salary disbursements for supported ventures.
- Reconcile all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
- Assist in collecting and organizing financial documents for record-keeping and audits.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to discuss audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on government-related financial requirements (BIR/EFPS filing) for all ventures.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a shared services setup.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing financial operations for multiple entities.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero) and government compliance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, start-up work environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang and Makati.
Onsite work in Alabang and Makati as required by the role.
