Job Description Communicate with customers in a professional manner and provide solutions for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing customer support. Qualifications Travel Account:- High school graduate, no BPO experience required.• Good customer service skills.• Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules.• Can start ASAP.Note: Applicants falling under the new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school; however, under the old (before K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply.
