• You take a person-centered approach to your coaching, rather than problem-focused.
• You are comfortable coaching around mental and emotional barriers.
• You are independent, experienced using technology to connect with clients, and open to learning and using new content.

• Provide evidence-based coaching sessions via video.
• Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor quantitative improvement.
• Regularly attend peer group consultation meetings.
• Access and participate in continued coach development trainings.
• Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards.

• Graduated from a comprehensive Level 1 or Level 2 coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC).
• Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduation.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resides and works in Malaysia for at least 9 months of the year.

• Referrals of motivated clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Enjoy flexibility in scheduling.
• Paid ongoing learning opportunities about evidence-based mental health coaching topics like delivering culturally responsive care.
• Receive ICF approved CCE units upon completion of onboarding.
• Peer connection with other coaches.
• Ongoing support from Lyra’s clinical and coaching team.
