Summary The Monitoring Analyst serves a hybrid function combining system performance analysis with Tier 1 support tasks. This role is central to early fault detection, remote client communication, ticket routing, and performance reporting. It ensures that technical alerts and client issues are captured, evaluated, and routed efficiently to the engineering or dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor system health and alerts using SolarEdge, and other monitoring platforms. Review and triage performance drops and error reports, classifying by urgency and issue type. Provide basic technical guidance to clients via email or phone (e.g., inverter reboot, connectivity resets). Generate and update support tickets with performance logs and preliminary assessments. Escalate system faults to Care Operations Supervisor and O&M Engineers based on impact. Prepare daily and weekly performance dashboards for internal teams. Validate resolution data and update ticket closure records. Participate in recurring monitoring audits and contribute to support knowledge base updates. Qualifications & Experience Graduate of any technical, IT, or engineering-related course (e.g., Industrial Technology, Information Systems, or Engineering undergrad); Engineering license not required. 1–2 years experience in technical support, monitoring, or helpdesk roles; solar industry experience preferred. Familiarity with monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarEdge, Diagno) and ticketing systems. Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics, alerts, and resolution trends. Ability to work independently on scheduled monitoring routines and remote client guidance. Comfortable managing multiple alerts, tickets, and priorities in parallel. Willingness to support weekend shifts or split schedules if required. Coordinates with: Customer Care Agent, O&M Engineers. System monitoring and alert classification; ticket triage and support documentation; client communication and remote guidance; basic troubleshooting awareness (inverter resets, connectivity checks). Proficiency with support platforms and performance dashboards; escalation logic and support workflow familiarity; attention to detail and follow-through; time management and multitasking across concurrent issues.
