Roles & Responsibilities Undertake in‑depth investigations to identify potential fraud, gather evidence, review documents, analyse transactions and flag suspicious activity. Monitor blacklist alerts, investigate possible matches and take appropriate action on hits. Review and investigate internal Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) alerts for fraud and anti‑money‑laundering (AML), escalating as needed. Communicate complex findings via email in clear English to key stakeholders. Resolve complex issues or complaints and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality. Liaise with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to support risk initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in investigations, risk or compliance, preferably in finance or payments. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional track record. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment. Preferred/Bonus Skills Experience in banking, financial services or payments. Hands‑on fraud or AML investigation experience. Qualifications related to fraud, investigations or regulatory compliance. Background working in a high‑growth startup environment. What You’ll Get Competitive salary and benefits package.
