About the role This is a full-time Production Supervisor role within the manufacturing division of Edisons Group of Companies Inc. based in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. As Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes to support the overall business objectives. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet established production goals and targets Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality of output Oversee inventory management, including monitoring material supplies and managing inventory levels Liaise with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to address production-related issues Provide training and development support to production team members to upskill and motivate the workforce Analyse production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for optimisation Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations within the production facility What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry especially of Woven Sacks products Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and quality control systems Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production-related challenges Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies Relevant educational qualifications in engineering, operations management, or a related field What we offer At Edisons Group of Companies Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
