About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team at Gigatyre Corporation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehouse facility in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our products to our customers. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures Monitor and maintain inventory levels, optimising storage and stock rotation to minimise losses and maximise efficiency Liaise with the transportation team to plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of orders Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the integrity of our products Identify and address operational issues or bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance overall warehouse performance Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional coordination and information sharing What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution processes Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing industry Commitment to continuous improvement and a strong customer-service orientation What we offer At Gigatyre Corporation, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
