General Summary The Production Supervisor responsible for day-to-day production within the company. Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. The Production Supervisor plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities while continually coping with sales’ customer requirements. As the Production Supervisor you are accountable for quality goals and customer satisfaction: Guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers. Maintain a positive department attitude and ensure that all employees under your supervision are aligned with the company goals. Desire and ability to successfully lead others. Production Supervisor and the entire team are responsible in supporting the Mission, Vision and Quality policy. Your team’s output shall be in direct contact with current and prospective customers, you shall be in a strong position to influence customer satisfaction and the company’s growth through customer loyalty. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. Job Qualifications Graduate of any engineering courses At least 1-year supervisory experience gained from Manufacturing Industry preferable from the following: Printing, Food Manufacturing or Flexible Packaging Knows minor machine trouble shooting Familiarity with the following preferred: ISO Documentation and Processes, Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) BOSH or HACCP Training a definite PLUS Proficient in general computer operation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) High level of integrity and confidentiality Can motivate different personality within the department Orientation: Detailed, Meticulous, Flexible, Pro-Active, a Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time and Customer Service Skills: Leadership, Good Organizational, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical and Communication skills both oral and written Ability to focus on multiple projects Can Work under minimal Supervision Willing to work Monday - Saturday on Shifting Schedule at Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City Fresh graduates are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
