About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Edisons Group of Companies Inc. This full-time role will be based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the efficient and seamless operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of goods. What you\'ll be doing Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and processes to maintain accurate stock levels Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards within the warehouse environment Lead and motivate the warehouse team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and address any issues or concerns Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance, productivity and inventory status Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity What we\'re looking for Significant experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse operations software Knowledge of relevant health, safety and quality regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What we offer At Edison\’s Group of Companies Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
