Finance and Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, BIR regulations, and tax requirements.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial health of the business.
Manage food costing, inventory accounting, and cost control measures to minimize wastage and pilferage.
Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements.
Lead, supervise, and train the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and sales teams to align financial goals with business performance.
Manage relationships with auditors, suppliers, and government agencies.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage).
10+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, food costing, and financial analysis (F&B or hospitality experience preferred).
Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
