Responsibilities

  • Responsible for nurturing leads and potential new families / parents who are interested to enroll their children in our school.
  • Conducting school tours and attending admissions driven events, among other related tasks.
  • Provide strategic ideas and suggestions related to the company's student intake programs and ensure proper activity documentation via the school's online CRM platforms.
  • Convert quality inquiries to successful enrollees (via online and offline channels such as social media, websites, walk-ins, phone-ins, open-house sessions, trial classes, etc.).
  • Handle Q&A sessions with inquiring individuals with excellence, using answers aligned with approved communication plans.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and process flows in admissions, including potential liaison with the academic team and other support staff.
  • Assist the Marketing department in external activations to increase awareness that translates into inquiries/enrollment; contribute to an enhanced organizational image/reputation.
  • Provide oral and written translation services for both the school and new and existing Chinese families regarding all line items above as well as other school services and communications deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications
  • COMPETENCIES: Fluent in Mandarin language; knowledgeable in writing Simplified Chinese; good organization and time management skills; flexible and with a dynamic personality; customer-service oriented; able to work independently; Internet and social media savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office; highly creative with keen attention to details; design skills including graphics and web design are a plus; strong presentation and networking skills; good moral character and an excellent team player; relevant experience.
