About the Role
This role is responsible for the success of Rookies Advisors by guiding, managing, and leading specific cohorts within the NGE / NGA programs, ensuring their successful graduation. You will execute agency strategies and plans to meet set objectives.
- Conduct daily coaching sessions for all NGA / NGE advisors, following the established structure.
- Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor according to standards.
- Organize weekly sales activities such as seminars, roadshows, customer presentations, or webinars to support Rookies Advisors.
- Schedule and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to improve performance based on needs analysis.
- Organize intervention training sessions based on performance needs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with agency leaders, business development, training, and management to support Rookies Advisors in achieving their goals.
- Provide weekly performance reports to agency management.
- Participate in NGE / NGA recruitment assessments to ensure quality recruits.
- Perform other tasks related to the NGE / NGA program as required.
