About the role We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team at QQ English in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent to support the growth and expansion of our organisation. What you'll be doing Proactively search for and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks Screen and evaluate resumes to determine the best-fit candidates for open positions Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's ongoing hiring needs Provide regular updates and reports on the status of open positions and the sourcing process Continuously explore new and innovative sourcing techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process What we're looking for Minimum 6 of experience in a Sourcing Specialist or Recruitment Coordinator role Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with passive candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and recruitment Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to the overall success of the recruitment process What we offer Competitive salary and bonuses Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for career development and growth Supportive and collaborative work environment Modern, well-equipped office space in the heart of Cebu City About us QQ English is a leading provider of high-quality English language education in the Philippines.
