As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email. Your goal is to deliver excellent service, resolve concerns efficiently, and represent Everise’s commitment to world-class customer support.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers professionally
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
- Provide product or service information clearly and effectively
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
- Stay updated with Everise’s processes, systems, and client requirements
- At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
- With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work at any Everise site (depending on current openings)
