Overview Multi Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting content creators on, but not limited to TikTok, acting as the primary liaison between creators, brands, and advertisers. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust experience in affiliate management, established connections with tier-1 affiliates and celebrities, and the ability to cultivate relationships that drive successful campaigns. Responsibilities Content Creator Management Identify and onboard talented TikTok creators to the network. Provide guidance to creators for content optimization and audience growth. Foster long-term relationships to enhance creator satisfaction and retention. Affiliate Management Develop and maintain partnerships with top tier affiliates and celebrities. Strategize and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on the performance of affiliate programs and campaigns. Brand and Sales Channels Collaboration Act as the intermediary between content creators and brands. Oversee negotiations for campaigns, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with goals. Ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives and content requirements. Strategic Planning Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making. Develop strategies to grow the MCN’s reach and profitability. Set and achieve KPIs for creator performance and campaign success. Affiliate Event Management Organize and manage major affiliate events for the brand. Coordinate event logistics, marketing, and execution to ensure success. Leverage events to strengthen relationships with affiliates and enhance brand visibility. Reporting and Analytics Track and report performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness and revenue growth. Provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in affiliate management, with strong connections to tier-1 affiliates and celebrities. Expertise in TikTok content trends, platform mechanics, and creator dynamics. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy. Experience with managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. Able to organize and manage successfully major affiliate events for the brand. Preferred Skills Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital advertising strategies.
