About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage social media platforms, execute paid advertising campaigns, and design compelling content. Candidates with real estate marketing experience are highly preferred. Jann will continue to support the team until a suitable replacement has been found. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms. Create and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to maximize reach and engagement. Design high-quality marketing materials using Canva for digital and print use. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising. Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads . Expertise in Canva for content creation. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality marketing materials. Real estate marketing experience is highly preferred.
