Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using MailChimp. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events
  • Design engaging email templates using MailChimp's drag-and-drop editor
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using MailChimp's analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content
  • Ensure emails comply with industry policies and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
  • Other related tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Social Science, or any similar studi
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • An enthusiastic and fast learner who values constructive feedback
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, including list management, campaign creation, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Open to work on a part-time basis
