If you’re self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using Excel and VoIP systems to track results and meet targets, apply today and help drive business growth through meaningful connections Job Highlights Hourly Rate: USD 4, the equivalent in your local currency Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London, UK) including 1-hour unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective construction clients Make at least 100 calls per day to generate new business opportunities Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure Close deals end-to-end, not just set appointments Track sales activities and customer interactions in Excel Follow sales scripts and structured processes Participate in industry‑specific training programs Requirements Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling Ability to handle longer sales cycles and nurture relationships Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reporting Self‑motivated and target‑driven Able to work independently while following processes Experience with VoIP phone systems preferred Commissions for meeting sales targets HMO coverage (eligible locations) Permanent work-from-home arrangement Immediate hiring Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at BruntWork by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
