Position Sanitation Officer Sanitation Officer is responsible for the daily implementation of food safety and hygiene requirements at cross-department levels through monitoring and adherence to safety and hygiene regulations with verification in accordance with HACCP as well as with internal guidelines. Responsibilities Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards across departments Maintain and upgrade sanitation and hygiene programs to ensure no microbiological, chemical, or physical contamination Ensure work areas conform to required Hygiene and Sanitation levels Conduct weekly and monthly sanitation inspections across all food handling areas and generate reports Manage and maintain an effective pest control system Maintain records related to the Commissary's sanitation and hygiene program Be physically fit and healthy with a good working attitude; flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations and conduct food safety audits and training Qualifications Experience in food/hospitality industry or catering operations is an advantage Graduate of B.S. in Food Technology or related fields (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry) Amenable to be assigned at Peace Valley Sudlon, Lahug Certified Food Safety Compliance Officer is an advantage Team player with a sense of urgency Good communication and analytical thinking skills Responsible for maintaining records related to sanitation and hygiene programs Perks Competitive salary Service Charge Free Meal Birthday cake (upon regularization) Bereavement Assistance (upon regularization) Referral incentives up to 5k Performance incentives (upon regularization) Store discounts What are you waiting for?
