Pasay, Philippines SM Investments Corporation Full time

Provides support in the development of Local and International Branch Offices, Showroom, Model Houses and assists in the corporate and operational requirements and compliance of the above projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Shall provide assistance on functions related to the setup of Branches and showrooms from feasibility up to Post-Construction Stages.
  • Process engagement and activation of services requests.
  • Process operational related equipment/assets requests.
  • Assists on the consolidation of files or documentation (Construction and pre-operational Documents)

Additionally, the role includes assisting on administrative works relative to Branch Development function, such as safekeeping of files and documents, reviewing and updating of Service contracts, insurance, permits and licenses, and processing of travel related requests.

  • Shall provide assistance on HR-related functions applicable to International Offices, including monitoring and encoding of Attendance, monitoring and processing of Leave, Sick Leave and Offset requests, and preparation, renewal and updating of Employment Contracts and Job Descriptions.
  • Shall provide assistance in the Business tie-ups and SMDC Events and Programs.
  • Shall execute proper filing and archiving of the unit’s documents.
  • Shall provide assistance on the administrative requirements of BDOD and SRS, including monitoring of Asset Management, processing of IT related requests, and handling of supplies and equipment request.
Qualifications:
  • Has good oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Highly organized and flexible.
  • Has the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • With good interpersonal skills.
  • Can cope with high-pressure environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and understanding of Financial Management.
