Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies and equipment, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocking as needed.
  • Asset Management: Track company assets, ensure proper documentation, and oversee asset transfers, disposals, and audits.
  • Clerical Support: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparing reports.
  • Permit Processing: Manage and ensure compliance with company permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
  • SAP Utilization: Use SAP for data entry, tracking inventory, and managing assets efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of administrative operations.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, preparing reports as required.
  • College Graduate of any course.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, with exposure to inventory and asset management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
