Procurement Excellence/Operations Coordinator II

The Coordinator 2 is responsible for processing Commercial Change Orders, reviewing the parts involved, identifying the appropriate supplier and Category Manager, and accurately assigning the commodity code. This role also manages requests for downloading technical drawing specifications, and generates and analyzes reports related to Commercial Change Orders. The associate evaluates supplier quotations and maintains team trackers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. He/she supports initiatives within the team or in collaboration with Business Partners. The Coordinator 2 contributes to the achievement of team KPIs and supports the successful execution of key initiatives.

• Collect, clean, and manipulate data to generate reports and analyses related to the Commercial Change Order process and related activities.
• Review parts in the Change Order process, identify the correct supplier and Commodity Manager, and properly assign commodity codes.
• Ensure adherence to predefined processes to maintain accuracy and consistency of information.
• Provide requests for technical drawing specifications.
• Maintain the team’s task tracking sheets, input new items, monitor stakeholder on-time delivery and aging items for closure.
• Complete assigned workload within deadlines and monitor timely processing of related transactions.
• Support regular updates of the team’s KPI dashboards to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite the process.
• Assist stakeholders/suppliers with needs, servicing, follow-up, cadence calls, and issue closure.
• Provide timely feedback on stakeholder/supplier inquiries or requests.
• Support projects related to process improvement.
• Serve as back-up for next-level similar or related function for business continuity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business or related discipline (4-year).
• 1-3 years related experience.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge; basic MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude; strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
