  • Leads initiatives that enable eseamless integrations and transitions of core functions to cross-business and future-focused initiatives (e.g., Innovations, new B2B ventures, Wealth Management, etc)
  • Role holder should efficiently support strategy development and execution plan development for both near-term and long-term business growth towards the new ventures
  • Acts as an over-all Program Mananger for these integrating initiatives, able to collaborate with other Funds Departments to assess integrating innovations' viability
  • Monitors overall Fund Transfer Products P&L and works alongside Growth to ensure programs are in place to support Fund Transfer Products KPIs and targets
  • Monitors overall Governance performance for Fund Transfer Products and compiles regulatory responses across Funds verticals
  • Oversees successful & timely implementation of key initiatives towards achieving KPIs across Fund Transfer Products
  • Leads special products across Fund Transfers and cross collaboration teams
  • Champions creation and maintenance of product reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts and trade letters
  • Works closely with Sales Team to drive proper strategy for commercials and contract initiatives.
  • Ideates, analyzes and understands policies behind product builds
  • Lead impact analysis assessment sessions related to regulatory and financial impact for CICO and Disbursements
  • Collaborates with Commercial Data Analytics for dashboards related to Fund Transfer Products
