With a commitment to innovation, compliance, and excellence, we're seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

* Maintain general ledgers and reconcile accounts across multiple entities and investment vehicles.

* Liaise directly with external auditors, custodians, and fund administrators.

* Support fund NAV calculations and capital movements.

* Compile and manage audit documentation and working papers.

* Use Xero and other accounting/fund reporting systems to ensure financial accuracy.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory obligations.

* (Desirable) Prepare and lodge BAS; assist with Australian GST and tax compliance.

* (Preferred) Work with digital asset accounting tools; understand fundamentals of cryptocurrency and token valuations.

* Handle and support secure digital asset transfers as part of operational processes.

About You

* CPA qualified (or near completion) preferred.

* Proven experience in fund administration, audit support, or financial services accounting.

* High level of personal responsibility, integrity, and discretion.

* Experience using Xero and advanced Excel skills essential.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to analyse data and solve problems proactively.

* Strong understanding of fund structures, capital flows, and investment vehicles.

* Familiarity with digital assets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and how to securely handle transfers is required.

* Knowledge of Australian GST and tax laws is a plus.
