Position Overview/Description - Paraplanner Support Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting business operations, managing documentation, and maintaining organizational efficiency in a remote environment. Duties and Responsibilities Contacting clients to follow up on administrative tasks and booking reviews Attending initial and ongoing review meetings with clients and preparing preliminary file notes Preparation of annual review packs, which include generating super statements, insurance summaries, quotes and comparisons, pension payment summaries, and market updates Insurance, super and investment research Advice implementation, preparation of insurance, super and investment applications Following up underwriting Chant West and Omnium Qualifications & Requirements 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Dropbox, and LastPass. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating in a remote team environment. High integrity in handling sensitive information. Preferred Skills/Experience Background in financial services or paraplanning (advantage for higher salary bracket). Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and best practices.
