Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's financial reporting systems and processes. This position reports directly to the AVP-Finance.

  1. Support and maintain various finance back-office systems and tools.
  2. Analyze, document, and identify technical solutions to business problems, especially in financial and management accounting.
  3. Implement, maintain, and update financial systems, modify system menus, edit spreadsheets and reports, and troubleshoot system issues.
  4. Collaborate with process owners to identify workflow gaps and generate automated processes and reports from the financial system.
  5. Work closely with the Company's IT and Internal Audit departments.
  6. Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  7. Pay attention to details, with good math and presentation skills.
  8. Have knowledge of ERP systems and ERP implementation experience.
  9. Preferably graduate of Accountancy with a background in IT or computer science.
  10. Willing to work fully onsite in Taguig.
