Position: Service Desk Analyst About Advanced Energy Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. Responsibilities: Detect incidents Triage, record, and maintain incidents/requests information to aid current and future resolutions Resolve incidents/fulfill requests at first contact Own (single point of contact), escalate, and coordinate the activities required to resolve the incident or fulfill the request until closure Control further escalations as required Conduct System Monitoring to ensure high availability of business critical/important systems Process and fulfill new profile request and profile deletions or as per requested and stated in ITAMS. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Graduate of any Engineering or any Computer Science related courses At least 2 years related experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledgeable in the ff:Windows Desktop environment Basic software installation and troubleshooting Basic internetworking computers Strong Customer focus Ability to define and solve problems Very good English communication skills Demonstrate desire to learn Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail and consistency of work Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to accept varied assignments Can work with minimum supervision As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
