Responsibilities

  1. Statement of Account (SOA)

    • Preparation of SOA & Transmittal for Head Office
    • Updates the SOA Monitoring
    • Obtaining, pulling out, reproducing, compiling, transmitting and filling all the reports.
  2. City Ledger Monitoring

    • Transfer of settled City Ledger to AR Maintenance in Opera
    • Recording of Payment to AR (Opera)
    • Monitoring of Credit Lines/Credit Limit
  3. Monitoring Report of OR, GC, HUV

    • Summary & Monitoring Report of OR, GC, HUV
  4. Sales Report

    • Checks and update daily Cash Summary Report
    • Bank Transfer / Check / Online Deposit Summary Report
    • Process and communicate the chargeback request to the Bank
    • Follow-up until the chargeback will be settled
    • Communicate the status to the inquiry of the chargeback
  5. Audit Report

    • Checking the endorsement of Cash from the outgoing and incoming shift
    • Spot checking on cash float every shift of the day
    • Monitoring of unclaimed incidental deposits
    • Attend and observe the pick-up and retrieval of cash drops in vault by AUB
    • Issues Audit Reports when found irregularities on the certain area of responsibilities from other departments.
  6. Others

    • Other necessary functions and reports that the Accounting Officer shall be needed.
    • Flexible to do other task as it may have rotational functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or business-related course
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting systems).
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with tax preparation and compliance.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
