Client Services Officer

Join our team to support client relationships, project coordination, and financial tracking in a dynamic agency environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Assist in establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, both new and existing. Support Relationship Managers in managing meeting schedules with clients and internal team members. Apply a consultative approach, understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain communication with clients to address their needs effectively. Collaborate with team members to cultivate relationships and generate referrals. Serve as a secondary liaison between clients and internal teams. Contribute to regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions. Provide administrative assistance to Relationship Managers and Project Managers. Assist Project Managers in organizing and maintaining client files in Google Drive, ensuring proper permissions and managing documents including client assets, briefs, contracts, and administrative files. Support contract negotiations and documentation under senior team guidance. Assist in preparing and managing documentation such as contract documents, cost estimates, and statements of work. Support Project Managers in managing teams and resources to meet project deadlines. Create and maintain comprehensive project briefs for documentation. Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables under senior team guidance. Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison between the Finance and Accounting teams of the client and Skyrocket, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Track client payments and create invoices for services rendered. Monitor payment schedules and notify stakeholders of upcoming due dates. Assist in preparing basic cost estimates and proposals for clients. Organize and participate in pitches and meetings with clients. Contribute ideas during strategy and creative ideation sessions under supervision. Stay informed about market developments and opportunities in advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic agency environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
