Apply today How You Spend Your Eight Hours Work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to implement our SaaS solution for clinical trials sold to large pharmaceutical clients Serve as a point of contact for day‑to‑day operational items such as responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and updating project timelines Manage and support client‑requested documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Draft agendas for internal and external meetings and capture minutes from those calls Collaborate with Project Managers to update technical specifications for software implementations Use systems such as Jira (for task and project tracking), Slack (for team communication), and DocuSign (for managing electronic signatures and documentation) Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and status updates Show initiative and willingness to take on additional Project Manager responsibilities as experience grows What You Must Possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability Desire to work in the life sciences or SaaS industry Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to advocate for clients to ensure the right resources and timely responses Proactive, can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role Experience with Salesforce (a plus) What You Shall Receive HMO coverage upon regularization, with one free dependent after one year of continuous service and another free dependent after two years of continuous service VL/SL credits upon regularization Friendly and supportive work culture 13th‑month pay and other Philippine‑government‑mandated benefits Non‑taxable allowances Pay increases, performance bonuses, growth opportunities, birthday gifts, and many more What You Should Consider Full‑time position Monday to Friday, night shift Hybrid work setup with on‑site training Why Join Our Company You look for a company whose senior management listens to what you are and aren't saying and whose managers and team leads you can genuinely connect with.
