Overview The Training Specialist is responsible for leading onboarding and continuous learning initiatives that drive employee success and operational excellence. This role designs, develops, and delivers engaging training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, while maintaining up-to-date learning resources and leveraging data to identify and address skill gaps. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding & Continuous Learning: Facilitate new hire onboarding and deliver ongoing training to support employee development and performance. Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Design, create, and update training curricula and materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage and maintain training content and learner progress within the LMS. Training Delivery: Develop and deliver live and recorded training sessions, including broadcasts and eLearning modules. Performance Analysis & Improvement: Analyze training metrics and performance data to identify gaps and recommend targeted solutions (e.g., process, system, or training enhancements). Coaching & Support: Provide performance coaching and support to team members to reinforce learning and drive results. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Training Lead to align training initiatives with broader business goals and strategies. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a training or facilitation role Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support Operations Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite At least 1 year of experience in learning and curriculum development Non-negotiable skills & requirements: Proven experience in onboarding and continuous learning facilitation, with the ability to deliver engaging and effective training to new hires and existing employees. Strong instructional design skills, including the ability to develop and maintain training curricula and materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content administration, tracking learner progress, and reporting. Excellent training delivery skills, both live (virtual or in-person) and recorded, with experience in creating and presenting eLearning modules. Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements to processes, systems, or training content. Should be able to work on Flexible Working Schedule depending on the training schedule required (Morning, Mid-Shift, Night-shift).
