The role also involves creating thought leadership articles and supporting communication efforts, particularly for the firm's key sectors. This dynamic role demands strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Create compelling communication materials, including thought leadership articles, social media posts, and other written content. Oversee and edit the work of a junior team member to ensure high-quality and accurate output. Internal and External Communications: Execute clear and persuasive communication strategies across various platforms. Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and monitor social media content to enhance the firms online presence and engage with the target audience. Thought Leadership: Develop sector-specific thought leadership content that aligns with the firms strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a writer or in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing both internal and external communications. Experience in creating and editing various types of content, such as thought leadership articles, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail. Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
