The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a versatile individual with strong skills in social media, advertising, promotions, partnerships, design, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital and traditional advertising campaigns. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for ad placements. Track and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Design and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams to align promotions with business goals. Monitor and evaluate the success of promotional activities. Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant brands, organizations, and influencers. Negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements. Manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefit. Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, social media graphics, and digital ads. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate with team members for creative input and feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with the community and stakeholders. Organize and participate in community events and outreach programs. Gather feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with Social Media Managers for online advertisements and engagements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (at least 12 years) in marketing, social media management, or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in community engagement or partnership development is an advantage.
