Location: Maynila, Philippines Digital Sales Manager The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from lead identification and qualification through offer, negotiation, and opportunity closing. The role will also serve as the ambassador for Thales’ modern card issuance services in the Philippines, consistently communicating the Thales brand, values, and mission within the financial industry. In the Philippines, the Digital Sales Manager will support the company’s mission to build a future we can all trust by delivering cutting‑edge solutions in digital identity, cybersecurity, and card payment innovation. Main Responsibilities Own the sales pipeline: identify, manage, and close market opportunities on new and existing accounts to meet or exceed financial targets based on Order Intake value. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level and senior executives in target customer segments. Apply a consultative selling approach to develop customized pitches that address the most pressing needs of prospects, leveraging deep knowledge of payment card market trends and customer pain points. Define and present commercial proposals, consolidate contributions from Pre‑Sales, Architects, Finance, Legal, and other teams, and lead contract negotiations through to project kick‑off and hand‑over. Provide pipeline visibility and share short‑to‑mid‑term revenue forecasts via the CRM tool, in collaboration with the Sales Manager. Develop and execute account plans for new customers and collaborate with the Account/Expand team to drive upsells on existing contracts. Maintain close coordination with Pre‑Sales and Account/Expand teams to ensure opportunities receive appropriate resources and support. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in digital/solution sales or account management within Financial Institutions, Digital Banks, or FinTech. Background in payment processing or digital payment transaction domain, with strong knowledge of the Philippine digital payment ecosystem. Proven consultative mindset, ability to influence decision makers at the C‑suite level. Strong business understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud technology, and agile delivery models as applied to financial services in the Philippines. Experience carrying individual quotas for B2B sales at enterprise level; SaaS experience is key. Track record of winning opportunities that contribute to long‑term commercial success and value for the company. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
